When placing an order, the buyer can specify the delivery address, which is binding for the provider. Upon delivery, the provider must also offer additional information regarding the right to withdraw, especially the conditions and method of exercising this right. The provider must ensure all necessary information regarding the contact address for complaints, warranties, and post-contract services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the buyer (recipient) is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the package can be collected at the Post Office (to which the package was addressed) within <strong>15 days<\/strong>.
