Products purchased in our online store are delivered worldwide. Free delivery within Slovenia for purchases over 50 EUR.
If you choose payment upon delivery or via PayPal: For in-stock items, the shipment is dispatched to the customer within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation. For out-of-stock items, the customer is notified of the availability via email or phone.
If you choose payment via proforma invoice: For in-stock items, the shipment is dispatched to the customer within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received in our bank account. For out-of-stock items, the customer is notified of the availability via email or phone.
Shipping Costs
Slovenia
- For purchases up to 49.99 EUR, the shipping cost is 3 EUR.
- For purchases of 50 EUR or more, shipping is free.
Croatia
- For purchases up to 149.99 EUR, the shipping cost is 7 EUR.
- For purchases of 150 EUR or more, shipping is free.
EU countries and other countries worldwide Shipping costs vary by country and will be displayed upon selecting the destination before payment.
Delivery
The provider must deliver the goods or services within the promised time. When placing an order, the buyer can specify the delivery address, which is binding for the provider. Upon delivery, the provider must also offer additional information regarding the right to withdraw, especially the conditions and method of exercising this right. The provider must ensure all necessary information regarding the contact address for complaints, warranties, and post-contract services.
If the buyer (recipient) is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the package can be collected at the Post Office (to which the package was addressed) within 15 days. If the buyer (recipient) does not collect the package within 15 days, it will be returned to the provider.
The contractual partner for deliveries is Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will fulfill the order more efficiently.
