The insert in the pillow core is filled with soft filling that provides breathability and volume and is also washable. The quilted cover has a zipper, so you can easily remove it and wash it separately. A zipper is also sewn into the pillow insert, which allows for height adjustment. Suitable for all sleeping positions.
