Right to Withdraw from Purchase in the Odeja.si Online Store & Product Returns
You always have the right to notify us within fifteen (15) days after receiving your order at eprodaja@odeja.si that you are withdrawing from the contract, without the need to provide a reason for your decision.
To make product returns easier, we have prepared a contract withdrawal form, which is available here. Print it out, fill it in, and return it along with the returned products to our address.
Purchase return form – Download HEREThe only cost incurred by the buyer when withdrawing from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The items must be returned to the company’s address within fifteen (15) days after notifying about the withdrawal.
Products must be completely unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Along with the returned items, include a withdrawal declaration to inform us of your intent to cancel the purchase.
The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the withdrawal notification.
